If you're curious about this event, just promise yourself you'll go out and do it! Beautiful, hilly terrain, rural roads, an entire town volunteering support for the ride, prizes, food, and a great cause...

Last year Kale himself made it very clear to us that we should come back in 2008 - and bring a bunch more skaters with us!

Thanks for mentioning this event and for the great 2007 review.  You sold me!

This event is officially on my calendar & now I just have to work out the details.  Maybe with your's, Blake's and other's help I can know what to bring, workout carpool arrangements (I wouldn't be opposed to driving - minivan or convertible - whatever suits people best).  If you don't mind, I'm going to pass these links on to TSC & maybe heighten the interest/participation further. 

I remember reading your 2007 review & if you recall - the downhill speeds really intimidated me, but after some road miles I think I'm ready.  Thanks so much eebee, can't wait to meet you and others skaters!
