Air Quality Graphics Ozone Particulate Matter 2.5 Added to Roadskater.net

I've added Current Air Quality to the left sidebar of Roadskater.net as a test of usefulness. There are two graphics, which represent the current Ozone and Particulate Matter 2.5 readings for the USA. The graphics link to the EPA AirNow figures for the USA, with links to the rest of the world on the site as well. Hopefully we'll notice the Air Quality naturally as part of our looking around RSN. If it proves useful, I'll keep it on the site somewhere, perhaps where it is. I think to be useful it needs to be somewhere on the main page sidebars.
